My background is in people, organisation and project coordination.

Over the years, I have worked in environments where communication, judgement and an understanding of people mattered just as much as structure and efficiency.

I have always been drawn to work that brings people and ideas together — creating clarity, helping things move forward and finding practical ways to make collaboration work well.

I worked in Munich and later lived in South Africa, where I also developed projects of my own. Moving between different places and cultures has naturally shaped the way I see things and made me more aware of context and different points of view.

Beyond work, I have a long-standing interest in architecture, design, well-being and the environments we create around ourselves.

I tend to prefer simplicity, thoughtful communication and a considered approach. Listening first has always felt more natural to me than speaking just for the sake of having an answer.

The places I’ve lived, the work I’ve done and the people close to me have all shaped the way I see things.
